Still nothing from Indesit. I decide to call Comet and ask them what happened to my phone call.

Andrea – try to explain the situation (again). The words don’t come out right now, I’m so tired of going over the same thing over and over again. She’s putting me through to the appropriate person. The Vivaldi hold music disappears and I get the person I spoke to this morning. Apparently Indesit take up to 48 hours to get in touch.

Well, that’s it. I tell her to cancel the replacement, and I want a refund, and the removal of said machine. Apparently this has to go through Indesit as well, even though Comet made the transaction. A stiff note to Comet customer support will be written as soon as I get a minute.
